Advocate Health is seeking an experienced operations professional for a fully remote role across the United States. You will collect and analyze data, conduct time studies, and develop workflows and job aids to standardize practices.

Ideal candidates hold an Associate’s Degree with 2 years of practice operations experience (or 4 years in related clerical/clinical roles) and Epic Workqueue experience or Epic backend exposure.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree required.
• 2 years practice operations or 4 years related clerical or clinical experience required.
• Epic Workqueue experience or Epic backend experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collects, reviews, and analyzes data for assigned projects.
• Conducts time studies for process improvement activities.
• Develops process workflows and job aids; publishes documents in an organized format.
• Supports change management and readiness for process and workflow changes.
• Manages several projects concurrently.
• Trains teammates on operational systems during implementations.
• Interacts with providers, team members, and practice managers.
