Job summary

Advocate Health seeks a data-driven Operations Analyst for a fully remote, full-time role. The position requires an Associate degree and 2 years in practice operations or 4 years in related clerical or clinical experience.

Epic Workqueue or backend experience is preferred, with strong attention to detail and solid communication skills. Responsibilities include data analysis, time studies, process documentation, change management support, and cross-team collaboration to advance practice

Qualifications

• Associates degree required; two years in practice operations or four years in related clerical/clinical roles.
• Epic Workqueue experience preferred; Epic backend experience desirable.
• Strong attention to detail, clear written and verbal communication, and time management.

Responsibilities

• Collects, reviews, and analyzes data related to assigned projects.
• Conducts time studies for process improvements and compares performance pre/post changes.
• Serves as SME on aspects of practice operations for process workflows.
• Documents workflows, creates job aids, and publishes changes in a disciplined format.
• Uses critical thinking to assess readiness for change and supports change management.
• Manages multiple projects concurrently.
• Trains teammates on systems and new functionality as needed.
• Interacts with providers, team members, and managers to meet organizational goals.
