Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a remote Operations Specialist to collect and analyze data for process improvements. You will conduct time studies, develop workflows, and train teammates on new tools, while coordinating several projects simultaneously.

Requirements include an Associate degree and 2+ years in practice operations (or 4 years related experience). Epic Workqueue experience is preferred; travel to facilities is expected occasionally.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree required.
• 2 years practice operations experience or 4 years related clerical/clinical experience.
• Epic Workqueue experience or Epic backend experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.

Responsibilities

• Collects, reviews, and analyzes data related to assigned projects.
• Conducts time studies for process improvement activities and compares performance pre/post changes.
• Develops and documents process workflows and job aids.
• Facilitates change management for process/workflow changes with internal customers.
• Manages multiple projects simultaneously and trains teammates on systems.
• Interacts with providers, team members, and practice managers to meet goals.
