Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a detail-oriented operations specialist for a fully remote role. You will collect and analyze data across projects, conduct time studies, and document workflows with clear job aids. You will facilitate change management and coordinate multiple projects while training teammates on new systems.

The role requires an Associates Degree and 2 years of practice operations experience (or 4 years related clerical/clinical). Epic Workqueue experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collects, reviews, and analyzes data for assigned projects.
• Conducts time studies and compares performance pre- and post-change.

• Facilitates change management for workflows and changes.
• Manages multiple projects concurrently.
• Trains teammates on operational systems and new functionality.
• Interacts with providers, team members, and practice managers to achieve goals.
