The role requires an associate degree and 2 years of practice operations experience (or 4 years of related clerical/clinical experience), with Epic Workqueue experience highly preferred.

Aufgaben

• Collects, reviews, and analyzes data related to assigned projects.
• Conducts time studies for various process improvement activities and compares performance pre/post changes.
• Acts as a subject matter expert on aspects of practice operations and develops process workflows.
• Documents process workflows and publishes documents in an organized format.
• Trains teammates on operational systems and new functionality.
• Interacts with providers, team members, and practice managers to meet organizational goals.
• Travel to other facilities as required.
