Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a remote Operations Analyst to collect, review, and analyze data for assigned projects. The role conducts time studies, develops process workflows, and acts as a subject matter expert to drive change management and documentation. Travel to facilities is required.

Ideal candidates have around 2 years in practice operations or 4 years in related clerical/clinical roles, and Epic Workqueue/backend experience, with strong time management and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• 2 years practice operations experience or 4 years related clerical/clinical experience required.
• Epic Workqueue experience or Epic backend experience.
• Time management required.
• Travel to other facilities regularly.

Responsibilities

• Collects, reviews, and analyzes data related to assigned projects.
• Conducts time studies for process improvement and compares performance pre- and post-change.
• Acts as SME on aspects of practice operations and develops process workflows.
• Documents workflows, develops job aids, and publishes changes in an organized format.
• Uses change management to facilitate readiness for process/workflow changes for internal customers.
• Manages several projects simultaneously.
• Trains teammates on operational systems and new functionality.
