Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a remote, full-time Operations Analyst to collect, review, and analyze data across multiple projects. The role includes conducting time studies, developing process workflows, and acting as a subject matter expert on practice operations.

Travel to facilities is required on a regular basis. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of practice operations experience (or 4 years in clerical/clinical roles) and Epic Workqueue/backend experience.

Qualifications

• 2 years of practice operations experience or 4 years of related clerical or clinical practice experience required.
• Epic Workqueue experience or Epic backend experience.
• Strong time management capabilities.
• Travel to other facilities regularly.
• Work is performed at a desk using computer and phone.

Responsibilities

• Collects, reviews, and analyzes data related to assigned projects.
• Conducts time studies for process improvement activities and compares performance before and after changes.
• Acts as a subject matter expert on process operations and helps develop workflows.
• Documents process workflows and publishes documents in an organized format.
• Uses critical thinking to evaluate readiness for change and facilitates change management for internal customers.
• Manages multiple projects concurrently.
• Trains teammates on operational systems and new functionality.
