Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a data-driven professional for a remote role overseeing data collection, analysis, and time studies to improve practice operations. The candidate will document workflows, train teammates, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

The role requires an Associate's degree and 2 years of operations experience or 4 years' related clerical/clinical experience; Epic Workqueue experience is preferred. Travel to facilities is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required.
• 2 years practice operations experience or 4 years of related clerical/clinical practice experience required.
• Epic Workqueue experience preferred (Epic backend experience also considered).

Responsibilities

• Collects, reviews, and analyzes data related to assigned projects.
• Conducts time studies for various process improvement activities and compares performance pre- and post-implementation.
• Develops and documents process workflows and job aids; publishes changes in a disciplined format.
• Manages multiple projects and trains teammates on operational systems and new functionality.
• Interacts with providers, team members, and practice managers to meet organizational goals.
• Travel to other facilities and practices as required.
