Job summary

Paydex Technologies is seeking a 100% remote Operations Specialist based in the United States. In this business operations role, you will own day-to-day systems, identify bottlenecks, and streamline workflows to keep our company running smoothly.

You will collaborate with HR, Customer Experience, and Product teams to drive initiatives, maintain SOPs, and manage vendor relationships, software subscriptions, and remote logistics.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in business operations, administrative support, or related role.
• Proficient with G Suite, Slack, CRM platforms, Airtable/Excel.
• Proactive problem-solving and improving organizational efficiency.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize daily business operations, workflows, and internal reporting systems.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement efficient, scalable solutions using modern productivity and automation tools.
• Create, update, and maintain SOPs, internal databases, and CRM records.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Customer Experience, and Product teams to execute internal initiatives and track team deliverables.
• Assist in managing vendor relationships, software subscriptions, account permissions, and remote team logistics.
