In this role, you will bridge strategic goals and day-to-day execution by analyzing workflows, tracking performance metrics, and supporting department leads to drive operational efficiency across the organization.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in business operations or a generalist role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into actions.
• Proficiency with G Suite, Slack, Notion, Airtable and Excel; comfortable with project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements across departments.
• Track, monitor, and report on key operational metrics and team deliverables.
• Support cross-functional projects by aligning stakeholders, maintaining task boards, and keeping initiatives on schedule.
• Build and maintain company documentation, SOPs, and internal knowledge bases.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Customer Experience to execute strategic business initiatives.
