Paydex Technologies is seeking a Project Manager to oversee planning, execution, and delivery of initiatives within the Operations & Execution team. This fully remote role emphasizes coordinating cross-functional teams, managing budgets, and ensuring projects meet scope and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has experience with Agile and Waterfall, strong communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in technology or operations.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies and tools like Asana, Trello, and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and implementation of projects ensuring alignment with objectives and client needs.
• Develop project scopes, objectives, and timelines with stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal resources and vendors for flawless execution.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct risk management and develop contingency plans.
• Communicate with stakeholders and provide regular project updates.
