Job summary

Paydex Technologies is seeking a 100% remote Client Services Associate based in the United States. You will serve as a primary liaison for business clients, building relationships and coordinating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.

The role requires 1+ years in client services, strong English communication, and proficiency with CRM tools. Remote work from the US is supported with health insurance options and PTO. Must be authorized to work in the US.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in client services or related coordination.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication with a professional presence.
• Ability to troubleshoot client issues with empathy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot), G Suite, Slack, and video conferencing tools.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with business clients through clear and proactive communication.
• Respond to client requests, account inquiries, and service escalations promptly and professionally.
• Assist with client onboarding, account setup, and platform walk-throughs to ensure successful adoption.
• Maintain accurate client records, interaction logs, and account updates within our CRM database.
• Partner with internal operations, product, and support teams to resolve client issues and deliver tailored solutions.
