Job summary

Red Hat is seeking an OpenShift Technical Account Manager (TAM) to support enterprise customers in the Southeast and remote US. You will provide technical and architectural guidance for OpenShift, manage incidents, and advocate for customers across Red Hat and partner teams.

You will collaborate with engineering, product management, and support teams to resolve issues, develop engagement plans, and ensure successful cloud deployments while traveling to regional customers as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in support/engineering/IT roles.
• PaaS/OpenShift administration experience.
• Kubernetes and cloud management expertise.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Bachelor's degree in technology or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Support enterprise customers implementing OpenShift-based cloud solutions.
• Learn new technologies including container orchestration and microservices.
• Develop relationships with business and IT stakeholders and understand goals.
• Perform technical reviews and proactively prevent issues.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to resolve issues.
• Create customer engagement plans and keep documentation up to date.
• Travel occasionally to visit regional customers.
