Red Hat's Technical Account Management team seeks an enterprise-level OpenShift TAM to work remotely in the southeastern US. You will guide customers technically, tailor support, and coordinate with engineering and product teams to ensure successful OpenShift deployments.

Strong collaboration and quick learning are essential to build lasting relationships. The role emphasizes customer advocacy, proactive issue prevention, and clear communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in support, development, engineering, IT, or QA.
• Experience with OpenShift Container Platform.
• Expertise in PaaS, containers, Kubernetes, cloud management, and IT automation.
• Strong relationship-building with enterprise customers.
• Clear English communication.
• Willingness to travel regionally.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in tech.
• Knowledge of CI/CD is a plus.
• RHCE certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support enterprise customers implementing automated container platform solutions.
• Learn new technologies quickly, including container orchestration, registries, build strategies, and microservices.
• Develop relationships with key business and IT stakeholders and become an expert on a customer’s implementation.
• Perform technical reviews and proactively identify and prevent issues.
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, and technical support teams.
• Create customer engagement plans and keep documentation updated.
• Travel occasionally to visit regional customers.
