Job summary

Inserso is seeking a Network Support Technician in New Orleans, LA to provide onsite and remote Tier 2 support for DHS customers. This role involves troubleshooting user IT issues, including hardware and software, ensuring minimal downtime.

The ideal candidate should have an Associate Degree and at least one year of IT support experience. Must be a U.S. Citizen and comfortable working in a Law Enforcement environment. The position requires excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen and pass DHS Employment Eligibility Verification.
• 1+ year’s IT support experience, preferably in helpdesk.
• Must have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for network communication devices and servers.
• Assist in maintaining server configurations and security patches.
• Conduct equipment deployments and user requests.
