Job summary

Inserso is looking for Network Support Technicians to provide both onsite and remote Tier 2 support for DHS customers. This role demands quick resolution of IT issues involving hardware, software, and network diagnostics, requiring independent work under supervision.

Candidates must have at least 1 year of IT support experience, an Associate Degree, and be a U.S. Citizen. Responsibilities include maintaining network devices, assisting in server configuration, and providing comprehensive troubleshooting support.

Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work in varied environments are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of IT-related support experience, preferably in a helpdesk or customer support role.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and pass the DHS Employment Eligibility Verification process.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve desktop, network, or other IT issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide LAN administrator support with installation, configuration, and maintenance.
• Support network attached devices including computers and printers.
• Assist in maintaining system health, backups, and security patches.
