Job summary

Inserso Corporation in Burlington, MA is seeking Network Support Technicians for full-time, onsite and remote Tier 2 IT support to DHS customers worldwide. The role includes LAN administration, device and server support, and quick resolution of incidents.

Qualifications

1+ years IT-related support experience, preferably in a helpdesk or customer support role.
Associate Degree or equivalent experience required.
Must be a U.S. Citizen and pass the DHS Employment Eligibility Verification process.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Experience with network hardware, servers, and backups.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain network devices, servers, storage arrays, and backup units.
Support network-attached devices such as computers, printers, biometric devices, and sensors.
Support mobile and wireless devices including smartphones and hotspots.
Test and apply security patches; monitor system health and restores.
Monitor ITSM tickets in ServiceNow and provide timely updates.
