Job summary

Inserso Corporation is seeking a Network Support Technician to provide both onsite and remote Tier 2 support for our DHS customers. In this role, you'll need to quickly resolve user IT issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maintaining various IT services.

Ideal candidates should possess an Associate Degree or equivalent experience, with at least 1 year in IT support. Responsibilities include network device maintenance, ticket management, and collaboration with teams to enhance system performance.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen and pass the DHS Employment Eligibility Verification process.
• 1+ years of IT-related support experience, preferably in a helpdesk or customer support role.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve desktop, network, or other IT issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide LAN administrator support including installation and maintenance of communication devices.
• Update and manage tickets following established guidelines.
• Conduct new equipment deployments and support.
