The Care Coordinator will manage patient cases from initiation to closure, conduct benefit investigations, prior authorizations, and appeals, and coordinate support through patient assistance programs.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Ownership of patient cases from initiation to closure, including benefit investigations and prior authorizations.
• Deny appeals and determining financial qualifications for assistance programs.
• Assist patients or other callers/stakeholders through resolution via email and calls using the Lynk system.
• Document all activities within the system in accordance with SOPs and business requirements.
• Coordinate shipment of product through patient assistance programs and bridge programs.
