Job summary

Valeris is seeking a Care Coordinator to own patient cases from initiation to closure, handling benefit investigations, prior authorizations, and patient assistance program logistics. You will use Lynk and industry rules to guide resolution while delivering patient-focused service in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to navigate healthcare rules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred or equivalent experience.
• Customer service and healthcare industry experience is preferred but not required.
• Bi-lingual Spanish and English are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own patient cases from initiation to closure, including benefit investigations and prior authorizations.
• Determine financial qualifications for assistance programs and assist patients via calls, email or other channels.
• Coordinate shipment of product through patient assistance programs and maintain documentation in Lynk.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and company policies while providing proactive, high-quality care.
