Valeris is seeking a Care Coordinator to own patient cases from initiation to closure, handling benefit investigations, prior authorizations, and eligibility for assistance programs. You will assist patients and healthcare providers via email and calls, using our Lynk technology to manage coverage and appeals.

The role emphasizes ownership, attention to detail, and patient focus, with opportunities to coordinate nurse education and adherence services within a compliant, supportive framework.

Qualificações

• Detail-oriented and precise administrative skills.
• Professional telephone etiquette and clear communication.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish and English preferred but not required.
• Customer service and healthcare industry experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Ownership of patient cases from initiation to closure, including benefit investigations and prior authorizations.
• Communicate with patients, prescribers, and stakeholders per program rules.
• Manage inbound calls and triage to appropriate resources.
• Provide personalized case management and assist with payer coverage navigation.
• Document activities in the Lynk system and comply with SOPs.
