Job summary

Valeris, Inc. is seeking a Care Coordinator to manage patient cases from initiation to closure, including benefit investigations, prior authorizations, and patient assistance program coordination using the Lynk system.

The role requires ownership, attention to detail, and patient‑focused service, with bilingual Spanish/English skills a plus. Work hours are typically 8:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, with potential remote eligibility based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred or equivalent experience.
• Customer service and healthcare industry experience preferred.
• Ability to work an 8.5-hour shift between 8 am to 9 pm, Monday to Friday; bilingual Spanish/English a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with patients, prescribers and client stakeholders.
• Perform benefits investigations and prior authorizations.
• Triage inquiries via phone and email and coordinate with payers and HCPs.
• Coordinate patient assistance program shipments and nurse teaching where applicable.
• Document activities in the Lynk system and ensure SOP compliance.
