Job summary

Valeris is seeking a Care Coordinator to manage patient cases end-to-end, including benefits investigations, prior authorizations, and enrolling patients in assistance programs. Responsibilities

• Own patients' cases from initiation to closure including benefits investigations.
• Conduct benefit investigations and prior authorizations.
• Assist patients through resolution via calls and email.
• Coordinate nurse teaching and adherence services with field staff.
• Document all activities in the Lynk system and follow SOPs.
