Valeris is seeking a Care Coordinator to own patient cases end-to-end, including benefit investigations, prior authorizations, and enrollment assistance through our Lynk platform. You will engage patients, prescribers, and stakeholders with accuracy and empathy in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage inbound/outbound calls, coordinate with care teams, and ensure adherence to SOPs while delivering personalized support to patients navigating coverage and programs.

Qualificações

• Detail oriented with professional telephone etiquette.
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and emotional awareness.
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred or equivalent experience.
• Bi-lingual Spanish and English is a plus.
• Remote work eligibility subject to criteria.

Responsabilidades

• Handle program welcome calls and follow-ups.
• Triages patients to internal or external resources.
