Job summary

GlaxoSmithKline is seeking a Patient Access Manager to serve as a field-based SPOC for providers, patients, and caregivers across the GSK Oncology portfolio. You will guide onboarding, access, and ongoing phases of the treatment journey, coordinating with payer programs and GSK services while ensuring HIPAA compliance and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 3+ years in field reimbursement, hub case management, patient experience programs, or access navigation.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% including overnights.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as field-based SPOC for patients, caregivers, and HCPs; provide approved information on oncology care, benefit discussions, and program resources.
• Educate provider offices on payer coverage, coding, and payment policies; support access case resolution and prior authorization requirements.
• Document interactions in Salesforce Health Cloud/CRM and maintain compliant records; escalate complex access issues to leadership.
