Job summary

GlaxoSmithKline is seeking a field-based Patient Access Manager to guide patients and providers through coverage, reimbursement, and support solutions within the Oncology portfolio. You will manage onboarding, access, and ongoing treatment journeys while educating patients on cost-sharing and financial assistance.

The role requires travel up to 20% and residency near the assigned territory, with emphasis on HIPAA compliance, accurate case documentation, and collaboration with back-office

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree.
3+ years of experience in field reimbursement, hub case management, patient experience programs, or related areas.
Ability to travel up to 20%, including overnights.
Valid driver's license.
Experience using CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce Health Cloud.

Responsibilities

Serve as the point of contact for patients, caregivers, and HCP staff, guiding onboarding, access, and enrollment.
Educate patients on coverage, cost-sharing, and financial assistance options.
Interact with payer and provider offices to resolve access and reimbursement barriers.
Document all interactions in Salesforce Health Cloud / CRM with accuracy and compliance.
