Job summary

GlaxoSmithKline is seeking a field-based Patient Access Manager to guide providers and patients through coverage, reimbursement, and support pathways across the Oncology portfolio. You will be the primary contact for onboarding, access, and ongoing treatment journey management.

Responsibilities include education on coverage outcomes, program resources, and coordination with Specialty Pharmacy and back-office teams. Travel to designated territories is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in field reimbursement, hub case management, patient experience programs, or access navigation.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% including overnights.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SPOC for patients, caregivers, and HCP office staff with approved oncology information and resources.
• Educate on payer coverage, coding, and payment policies for GSK Oncology products.
• Assist with enrollment in GSK services and support enrollment requirements and consent capture.
• Document interactions in Salesforce Health Cloud / CRM per program standards.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and internal governance; maintain data integrity and crisis procedures.
