Qualifications

• 3+ years in field reimbursement, hub case management, patient experience programs, or related areas.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%, including overnights.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the field-based SPOC for patients, caregivers, and HCP staff, providing approved information on oncology care and program resources.
• Educate providers and patients on payer coverage, coding, and payment policies for GSK Oncology products.
• Document interactions and manage cases in Salesforce Health Cloud / CRM per program standards.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and ensure separation between patient-facing and account-facing activities.
