Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 3+ years in field reimbursement, hub case management, patient experience, or insurance navigation.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% including overnights; valid driver's license.
• Experience with CRM and case-management platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact for patients, caregivers, and providers on oncology access and reimbursement.
• Educate on coverage, coding, and patient support programs; guide enrollment in PAP and related services.
• Coordinate transfers to Specialty Pharmacy, Medical Information, REMS vendors, and Benefits Surge teams.
• Document interactions in Salesforce Health Cloud; ensure HIPAA-compliant handling of data.
