Job summary

GlaxoSmithKline seeks a Patient Access Manager to act as the field-based SPOC for patients and providers, guiding onboarding, access and reimbursement across the Oncology portfolio. You will educate on coverage, assist with enrollment in GSK services, and coordinate with specialty pharmacy and back-office teams while maintaining compliant records.

Role requires 3+ years in access/reimbursement fields, travel up to 20%, and a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
3+ years of experience in field reimbursement, hub case management, patient experience programs, insurance verification, prior authorization, or access criteria.
Willingness to travel up to 20%, including overnights.
Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Serve as SPOC for patients, caregivers and HCP staff, providing information on oncology care and benefit discussions.
Educate patients on coverage outcomes, cost-sharing, and financial assistance options.
Educate provider offices on payer coverage, coding, and payment policies for GSK Oncology products.
Support enrollment in GSK services (PAP) and guide through enrollment requirements.
Document interactions in Salesforce Health Cloud / CRM and comply with SOPs and HIPAA regulations.
