Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in field reimbursement, hub case management, patient experience programs, or related access roles.
• Ability to travel up to 20%, including overnights.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Serve as field-based SPOC guiding providers, patients, and caregivers on oncology access, coverage, and payment processes.
• Educate on payer coverage, coding, and cost-sharing using approved materials.
• Support enrollment in GSK Patient Support Programs and assist with enrollment requirements.
• Document activities in Salesforce Health Cloud and ensure data accuracy.
• Escalate complex payer issues to specialist access functions and leadership.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant handling of patient information and adhere to compliance guidelines.
