Job summary

Colliers in the United States is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead office space fit-out projects, coordinate MEP, IT and AV planning, and ensure design and construction align with client standards across multiple locations.

You will serve as the primary on-site interface with owners and design teams, manage budgets and schedules, and drive risk, change control and value engineering throughout the project life cycle.

Qualifications

• 12+ years experience in Project Management, Architecture, Construction Management, or Engineering.
• Tenant Improvement project management experience is critical.
• Seasoned experience in fit-out, audio visual installations and all aspects of FFE.
• Familiarity with MEP, FFE, AV, IT and Security regarding when both design and construction are required.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret and communicate schedule data and propose viable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Owner/Client interface & project design team relationship management; main point of contact for Owner/Client.
• On-site lead for all construction activities related to office and industrial capital projects; strong emphasis on MEP work.
• Lead planning and programming to ensure facilities components are integrated into design and execution.
• Coordinate IT, Security and A/V planning and integration into docs.
• Lead RFI coordination and ensure written approval flow.
• Manage budget, milestones, and schedule development; document changes for audit trail.
