Colliers is seeking an experienced on-site Project Manager to lead Workplace Office Space Fit-Out projects and amenity areas, coordinating design, MEP, IT/Security, and A/V integration on client sites in the US. You will drive programming, RFIs, budget tracking, and schedule management while collaborating with architects, interior designers, and procurement.

With 12+ years in PM/Architecture/Construction, you will excel at stakeholder management, cost control, and delivering high-quality

Qualifications

• This role requires 12+ years in Project Management, Architecture, Construction Management, or Engineering.
• Tenant Improvement project management experience is critical.
• Experience with fit-out, AV installations, and FFE is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Owner/Client interface & project design team relationship management; main point of contact.
• Lead on-site execution for office and industrial capital projects including MEP work.
• SME in Office Space Fit-Out installations; manage planning and programming.
• Coordinate IT, Security, and A/V planning and integration into docs.
• Manage RFIs, changes, and approvals; maintain action item tracking.
• Lead meetings, agendas, and project directories; monitor budget and schedule.
