Job summary

Colliers International is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead on-site Office Space Fit-Out projects, coordinating architecture, construction, IT, AV, and security components within the overall program. The role emphasizes client liaison, schedule control, and value-engineering decisions.

The ideal candidate brings 12+ years in PM, architecture, construction management, or engineering, with strong tenant-improvement PM and AV/FFE experience, plus MS Project and IWMS proficiency.

Qualifications

• Over 12 years of project management, architecture, construction management, or engineering experience.
• Tenant Improvement project management experience is critical.
• Seasoned in fit-out, AV installations and FF&E.
• Familiarity with MEP, FFE, AV, IT and Security in design and construction.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret schedule data and propose solutions.
• Proficient with MS Project or similar scheduling tools.
• Experience with MS Outlook, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Word and SharePoint.
• Experience with IWMS and web-based project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Owner/Client interface & project design team relationship management.
• On-site lead for office and industrial capital projects with emphasis on MEP work.
• Seasoned SME in Office Space Fit-Out installations with focus on finishes and specialty installations.
• Lead planning to ensure facilities components are in the design and execution phases.
• Coordinate IT, Security and A/V planning and integration into documentation.
• Manage RFI process and client engagement for changes in writing with approvals.
• Support project meetings, agendas, minutes, and action tracking.
• Oversee budget and milestone/schedule development and tracking.
