Canon U.S.A., Inc. seeks a New Business Development Advisor to drive direct and indirect sales, recruit channel partners, and enable go-to-market for incubated solutions. You’ll own end-to-end sales with target accounts and gather market insights to inform product strategy.

This full-time, virtual role requires approximately 50% travel to customer sites and events. You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to shape roadmaps and partner programs. A dynamic tech environment awaits.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a relevant field, plus 7 years of related experience required.

Aufgaben

• Identify and prospect target accounts to validate market fit and generate early demand.
• Own the direct selling process from discovery through negotiation and contract execution.
• Recruit and enable channel partners and onboard referral partners, resellers, or system integrators.
• Develop partner models including referral fees, revenue sharing, and co-marketing programs.
• Gather customer and market insights to inform product development and roadmap.
• Conduct customer discovery conversations and on-site visits; translate needs into actionable input for product.
• Represent Canon at inventory events, conferences, and partner events to build pipeline.
• Monitor competitive activity, channels, and opportunities relevant to the portfolio.
• Source external SME consultants and manage contributions to accelerate go-to-market.
• Support transition of solutions from incubation to go-to-market and handover to Canon units.
• Partner cross-functionally to translate insights into roadmap and GTM input.
