You will drive direct and indirect sales, recruit and enable channel partners, and shape go-to-market strategies across multiple US locations. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 7+ years in related roles.
• Approximately 50% travel to customer sites, partner locations, and trade shows.
• Experience with consultative/solution sales and channel partner ecosystems.
• Proficiency with CRM and sales pipeline management; Salesforce.com is required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect target accounts to validate market fit and generate demand.
• Own the direct selling process from discovery through contract execution.
• Recruit and enable channel partners and onboarding of referral partners or resellers.
• Develop partner models including referral fees and co-marketing programs.
• Gather market insights to inform product development and roadmap planning.
• Represent Canon at events to build pipeline and visibility.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and program teams on go-to-market inputs.
