The TBM will partner with local teams to drive demand generation among healthcare professionals, academic institutions, and specialty pharmacy/infusion providers, aligning strategy and engagement with broader market plans.

The role requires strong collaboration, a patient-first mindset, and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• B.S. or B.A. degree required.
• 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience, neurology strongly preferred.
• Local market knowledge preferred.
• Proven track record of consistent high sales performance.
• Adept at planning, organizing, and executing sales strategy.

• Regular travel throughout assigned geography, may require overnight stays.
• Collaborate with local TBMs, regional colleagues, and cross-functional teams to align strategy.
• Communicate with assigned HCPs and affiliated staff.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales and launch objectives.
• Utilize market tools and resources effectively.
• Timely submission of account plans and activity including CRM.
• Adhere to argenx compliance policies and approved sales messages.
