Job summary

argenx SE is expanding its Neurology Franchise and hiring Territory Business Managers (TBMs) to support launches and indication expansion. TBMs will work with local teams to drive demand generation among healthcare professionals, academic institutions, and specialty providers.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, data-driven strategy, and a patient-first mindset, with travel across the assigned territory and reporting to the Business Leader.

Qualifications

• B.S. or B.A. degree required.
• 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience, neurology strongly preferred.
• Local market knowledge preferred.
• Proven track record of consistent high sales performance.
• Adept at planning, organizing, and executing sales strategy.
• Demonstrate ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and field-based partners.
• Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment.
• Experienced in product launches.

Responsibilities

• Regular travel throughout assigned geography, including overnight stays.
• Collaborate with local TBMs, regional colleagues, and cross-functional team members.
• Communicate and engage with assigned HCPs and affiliated staff.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales and launch objectives.
• Utilize market tools and resources effectively.
• Submit account plans and activity in CRM.
• Adhere to compliance policies and approved sales messages.
