Job summary

argenx is seeking a Territory Business Manager (TBM) to support the Neurology Franchise in the United States. This field-based role travels within the assigned geography, collaborates with local TBMs and cross-functional partners, and drives demand generation for upcoming launches and indications.

Candidates should have a B.S./B.A. and 5+ years of specialty/rare disease sales, with strong market access knowledge and a proven track record of top performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of specialty/rare disease sales experience, neurology strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of consistent high sales performance.
• Adept at planning, organizing, and executing sales strategy.
• Demonstrate ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and field-based partners.

Responsibilities

• Regular travel throughout assigned geography, which may require overnight stays, and occasionally beyond.
• Territory planning and development of local market strategy, aligned with launch priorities.
• Collaborate closely with local TBMs, regional colleagues, and cross‑functional team members to align customer strategy and coordinate engagement.
• Communicate and engage with assigned HCPs and affiliated staff.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales and launch objectives.
• Effective utilization of market tools and resources.
• Timely submission of account plans and activity including CRM.
• Adhere to all argenx compliance policies, guidelines and approved sales messages.
