Job summary

argenx SE is expanding its Neurology Franchise and seeks a Territory Business Manager to support upcoming launches and indication expansion. You will work with local TBMs to align customer strategy and drive demand among healthcare professionals, academic institutions, and specialty providers.

The TBM will travel throughout the territory, develop local market plans, and partner with cross-functional teams to meet launch and sales goals while maintaining full compliance.

Qualifications

• B.S. or B.A. degree required.
• 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience, neurology strongly preferred.
• Local market knowledge preferred.
• Proven track record of consistent high sales performance.
• Adept at planning, organizing, and executing sales strategy.
• Demonstrate ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and field‑based partners.
• Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment.
• Experienced in product launches.
• Align with cultural pillars of the organization: co‑creation, humility, excellence, empowerment and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Travel throughout assigned geography, possibly overnight stays.
• Collaborate with local TBMs, regional colleagues, and cross‑functional team members.
• Engage with assigned HCPs and affiliated staff.
• Aim to consistently meet and exceed sales and launch objectives.
• Utilize market tools and resources effectively.
• Submit account plans and activity in CRM on time.
• Adhere to argenx compliance policies and approved messages.
