Job summary

argenx is expanding its Neurology Franchise and is hiring Territory Business Managers to support launches and indications. The TBM will work with the Neurology TBM team to engage healthcare professionals, academic institutions, and specialty providers while coordinating with local and regional colleagues.

This role requires travel across the territory and a strong focus on patient access and market expansion.

Qualifications

• B.S./B.A. degree required for role.
• 5+ years in specialty/rare disease/biologics sales, neurology preferred.
• Local market knowledge preferred.
• Proven track record of high sales performance.
• Adept at planning, organizing, and executing sales strategy.
• Collaborates with internal stakeholders and field-based partners.
• Candidates must live in the Territory.

Responsibilities

• Regular travel within assigned geography, with possible overnight stays.
• Territory planning and development of local market strategy.
• Collaborate with local TBMs, regional colleagues, and cross-functional teams.
• Engage with assigned healthcare professionals and staff.
• Meet and exceed sales and launch objectives.
• Utilize market tools and CRM effectively.
• Submit timely account plans and activity reports.
• Adhere to argenx compliance policies and approved messages.
