Job summary

argenx is seeking a Territory Business Manager (TBM) to support the Neurology Franchise across the United States in a remote capacity. The TBM will work with the established Neurology TBM team to drive launches, demand generation, and customer engagement with healthcare professionals, academic institutions, and specialty pharmacy/infusion providers.

The role requires 5+ years of specialty/biologics sales experience, preferably in neurology, and a strong track record of exceeding sales targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience, neurology preferred.
• Local market knowledge in the United States is advantageous.
• Proven track record of achieving high sales performance.
• Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and field teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive launches and demand generation for Neurology indications with a cross-functional team.
• Engage with healthcare professionals, academic centers, and specialty pharmacies/infusion providers.
• Develop local market strategy aligned with launch priorities.
• Regularly submit account plans and activity in CRM; meet or exceed sales targets.
