Job summary

argenx SE is expanding its Neurology Franchise in the United States and seeking a Territory Business Manager to drive launches and demand generation among healthcare professionals, academic institutions, and specialty pharmacy/infusion providers.

You will travel across the territory, partner with local TBMs, align customer strategy, and deliver on sales objectives while collaborating with internal teams and maintaining compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience.
• Local market knowledge preferred; neurology exposure valued.

Responsibilities

• Regular travel within the assigned US geography, including potential overnight stays.
• Collaborate with local TBMs, regional colleagues, and cross-functional teams to align customer strategy.
• Engage with HCPs and affiliated staff.
• Meet and exceed sales and launch objectives.
• Utilize market tools and resources effectively; submit timely CRM activity and account plans.
• Adhere to argenx compliance policies and approved sales messages.
