Job summary

Piper Companies is seeking a Technical Support Engineer for a remote 3-month contract. You will lead onboarding sessions with customer IT teams, deploy and configure platform integrations, and guide customers through networking and security requirements during onboarding and activation.

You will troubleshoot onboarding challenges, support API integrations and cloud migrations, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a positive customer onboarding experience across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

2+ years in networking, technical support, implementation, onboarding, customer success, or related field.
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, subnetting, firewall policies, SSH, SNMP, and VM deployment.

Responsibilities

Lead customer onboarding and activation sessions with customer IT teams.
Assist with VM-based collectors, connectors, and telemetry solutions.
Guide customers on IP addressing, DNS, firewall rules, access credentials, and network connectivity.
Support cloud-to-cloud API integrations, platform migrations, and adoption initiatives.
Troubleshoot onboarding challenges and coordinate issue resolution with internal teams.
