Job summary

Piper Companies is seeking an IT Specialist for a remote 3-month contract position. You will partner with customers during onboarding, activation, and platform adoption, acting as a technical resource throughout the lifecycle.

Responsibilities include leading onboarding sessions, configuring integrations, and guiding network-related requirements while coordinating with internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT-related field.
• Experience communicating technical concepts to customers.
• Experience with onboarding, implementation, and customer success.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer onboarding and activation sessions with customer IT teams.
• Assist with VM-based collectors, connectors, and telemetry in customer networks.
• Explain technical requirements including IP addressing, DNS, firewalls, and VPN connectivity.
• Support cloud-to-cloud API integrations, platform migrations, and onboarding initiatives.
• Troubleshoot onboarding challenges and coordinate with internal teams on escalation.
