Job summary

Piper Companies is seeking an IT Engineer for a remote 3-month contract to partner with customers during implementation, activation and platform adoption efforts while serving as a technical resource throughout the onboarding lifecycle.

The role focuses on leading onboarding sessions, configuring integrations, and supporting VM deployments, DNS, and firewall rule implementation, with emphasis on customer success and clear technical communication.

Qualifications

Experience onboarding customers and conducting sessions to deploy and configure platform integrations.
A solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs) and cloud integrations.
Ability to explain technical concepts to customers and run demos or training sessions.

Responsibilities

Lead customer onboarding and activation sessions with customer IT teams.
Assist with VM-based collectors, connectors, and telemetry solutions deployments.
Guide customers through IP addressing, DNS, firewall rules, access credentials, and network connectivity.
Support cloud-to-cloud API integrations, platform migrations, and adoption initiatives.
Troubleshoot onboarding challenges and coordinate resolution with internal teams.
