Responsibilities include leading onboarding sessions, configuring integrations, and guiding customers through network settings. Strong communication and networking knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in networking or technical support roles.
• Experience in onboarding and implementation with customers.
• Experience communicating technical concepts to customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer onboarding and activation sessions with IT teams.
• Assist with VM-based collectors, connectors, and telemetry solutions.
• Guide customers on IP addressing, DNS, firewall rules, and connectivity.
• Support cloud-to-cloud API integrations and platform migrations.
• Troubleshoot onboarding challenges and escalate when needed.
