Job summary

Grafana Labs is seeking a NetSuite Systems Manager to own the NetSuite environment and related Finance systems in a fully remote role. You will manage day-to-day operations, configure Financial, ARM, and Zone Billing modules, and drive ITGC/SOX compliant processes while partnering with Sales, IT, and Finance.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive Finance System Administration experience
• Deep NetSuite/ERP and integration experience with Salesforce
• Experience with ITGCs, SOX and SOC/ISO compliant environments

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day NetSuite operations and user support
• Configure NetSuite modules: Financial, ARM, Zone Billing
• Manage integrations and user access, SOD reviews
• Lead finance transformation projects across order-to-cash
• Develop finance dashboards and reports in Grafana
