Job summary

Grafana is seeking an experienced Netsuite Systems Manager to lead administration, configuration and support for our NetSuite ERP and related finance systems. This role is 100% remote and reports to the Sr Director of Finance Systems.

You will collaborate with Business Applications, Sales Ops, IT and Finance, driving process improvements, governance, and automation across the order-to-cash lifecycle and related finance programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, information technology, accounting or finance.
• 6+ years of progressive experience as a Finance System Administrator with NetSuite and financial tools.
• Hands-on IT support experience, troubleshooting and resolving functional/technical issues.
• Experience with data migration, mapping, and integration in NetSuite including ARM and billing modules; Salesforce integration.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day NetSuite operations and provide hands-on user support.
• Administer NetSuite ERP focusing on Financials, ARM, and Zone billing.
• Develop and maintain workflows, fields and scripts; manage integrations.
• Oversee access control, SOD, and SOX compliance; manage change governance and SDLC.
• Lead finance transformation projects across order-to-cash processes; coordinate with Sales, Legal, Engineering, IT.
• Create dashboards and reports using NetSuite and Grafana to drive finance insights.
