Job summary

Grafana Labs is seeking a Netsuite Systems Manager to lead administration and support for Netsuite ERP and Finance Systems in a 100% remote role. You will partner with Finance, IT, Sales Ops, and Business Applications to optimize processes and ensure data integrity.

This senior role emphasizes governance, change control, and automation, including ARM and Zone billing, with collaboration across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, information technology, accounting, finance or a related field.
• 6+ years of progressive experience as a Finance System Administrator with Netsuite and financial systems tools such as Zip, Avalara, Expensify, etc.
• Hands-on IT support experience, including troubleshooting and resolving functional & technical issues.
• Experience with data migration, data mapping, and data integration within Netsuite including the ARM module and Zone/Company billing, and Salesforce integration.
• Administrator-level knowledge of privileged access, charts of accounts, and change controls.
• Experience working in SOC, ISO, and SOX compliant environments.
• Experience integrating accounting systems with Salesforce/CPQ and Netsuite ARM.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day NetSuite operations and user support.
• Administer NetSuite ERP with focus on Financials, ARM, and Zone billing.
• Perform configuration, upgrades, and maintenance with ITGC and SDLC compliance.
• Develop workflows, custom fields, and scripts; manage system integrations.
• Oversee governance, change management, and end-to-end maintenance of GL accounts and reporting structures.
• Provide training and support to end-users.
